Reviews For Clear Magazine

Clear towards the future

What is so striking about Clear magazine is its obvious packaging look. A thin plastic cover printed with colorful designs over a fashion model. The cover is actually slightly translucent giving you a sense of curiosity to check out what's under the cover. Once you hold the magazine in your hand, you know you've landed on something special.

Clear Magazine is a lifestyle magazine chock full of articles on the latest designs in furniture, architectual, interior, fashion and gadgets. The glossy pages printed in Yupo paper tells you that this is no ordinary, cheap fashion and design magazine, but a rather sophisticated one. Integrating dynamic graphics upon articles and images, each page is as colorful and artistic as the next.

Divided into several sections, there are at least 2 sections devoted to a certain kind theme; history on well known objects and patterns expressed through minimalistic design (in a horizontal display), as well as artistic fashion photoshoots.

The contributors for Clear come from all over the world, whether they are freelance or staff writers, each writer is a well-rounded traveller, offering the bits and pieces of the latest designs from Japan to South Africa.

"Clearly" it is one of the most intriguing magazine to date, with its recent introduction of special magnetic paper in which you can tear it out yourself and stick it on the fridge. Whatever the case may be, even if you can't afford those gorgeous italian beds and tables, you can induldge yourself in finding out about breakthrough designs that perhaps one day may wind itself on the market. It's a fantastic magazine, I highly recommend buying it as well as collect them for a great display on your coffeetable.
