It provides a forum for current scientific and clinical advances and a sounding board for ideas and perspectives on the future of plastic surgery. The journal publishes original, peerreviewed articles, case reports, and notes on all topics of interest to the practicing plastic surgeon. Annals of Plastic Surgery also features historical and current reviews, descriptions of surgical techniques, and lively editorials and letters to the editor.
